Facilitating a client's 'a-ha' moment never gets old.
In just my first 2 days of starting a new position at goBRANDgo!, I’ve had the opportunity to participate in a number of client-facing strategy sessions. Not surprisingly, each face-to-face encounter spent time aligning specific online and offline marketing tactics with desired business goals.
What is not surprising? How good it feels to help a client experience a business ‘a-ha’.
It’s the moment when a client says something and everyone in the room sits back, nods, and realizes the required hard work was worth it. There’s nothing more satisfying for a facilitator of learning.
I can’t wait for day 3.
