Dennis Triplett is Chief Executive Officer of the Healthcare Services division at UMB Bank,
a part of UMB Financial Corporation, a $11 billion dollar bank headquartered in Kansas
City, MO. Dennis has responsibility for the Bank’s strategic direction in healthcare
banking and manages the sales and marketing activities plus product development and
relationship management. He developed the Bank’s Medical Savings Account product in
the late 90s and grew that into their multipurpose card product supporting a variety of
spending accounts including HSAs, FSAs and HRAs.

Dennis has over 29 years of experience in the banking industry, including serving as the
President and CEO of two banks in the Midwest and has extensive credit card and debit
card experience.

In addition to serving as the Chairman of Employer’s Council of Flexible Compensation
(ECFC), he is also the Chairman of American Health Insurance Plan’s (AHIP) HSA
Leadership Council, and is a charter member of the American Banker’s Association HSA
Council, and is a graduate of several banking schools and holds an MBA degree from the
University of Missouri.
