Once we receive your request we will review it and get back to you within 1 business day (we will do our best to respond to urgent requests in the same business day). After reviewing your request we will respond with an estimate on how long it will take to complete. We do not charge for anything less than a half hour. If we believe your request will take longer than 3 hours we will create a rough scope and get your approval before moving forward. Our rate for service tickets is $175/hour. Thanks and talk soon!
